RAPP Kidz Club has a New Home!

The Relatives as Parents Kidz Club will now meet on the 1st and 3rd Monday of the month from 6-8pm at Ulster County Community Action (175 Colonial Drive, Kingston, NY). It is open to any child who is being raised by a relative in Ulster County.

Preregistration for each session is required so that we can have a sufficient number of staff, and spaces are on a first come-first served basis.

Caregivers do not need to stay during the program, but are invited to join us for the Adult Caregiver Coffee and Conversation Group that meets at the same time.

For more information, call Erica Smith 340-3990.

Kingston Coffee and Conversation Group for Relative Caregivers has a New Home

The Coffee and Conversation group for relative caregivers (grandparents, aunts, uncles, siblings) will now meet on the 1st and 3rd Monday of the month from 6-8pm at Ulster Community Action/Head Start in Kingston (175 Colonial Drive, Kingston, NY). This is a beautiful facility, fully handicapped accessible, with an outdoor play area for the children. We appreciate Ulster County Community Action for allowing us to meet here.

The Coffee and Conversation group provides an opportunity for anyone who is raising the child of a relative to meet with other people in the same situation. There is a program for children held at the same time at the site - preregistration is required for the children's program so that we have enough staff and activities for the children.

For information, please call Erica Smith at 340-3990.
